I had my first fat freeze experience ever today and I was slightly nervous but I was definitely pleasantly surprised. Charis explained everything that will happen and that put me at ease. She is absolutely lovely and professional. The treatment itself was painless and I’m not scared at all anymore.

Had a wonderful experience at My Fat Freeze Clinic. My consultation was with Natania, who was very helpful and informative. She explained all the different procedures that were available and went through the most suitable options based on my needs and what I wanted to achieve. The procedure itself had minimal pain and I saw immediate results just after my first session! I will definitely be coming back for other areas. I had my first fat freeze appointment today and although I was a little nervous I was soon put at ease. Everything was explained fully during my consultation and throughout my treatment. I was informed throughout each step of the treatment and given good aftercare advice too. I was very well looked after too. Karen was brilliant, friendly, professional and helpful. I have received excellent service and look forward to my next appointment. I will review how well the treatment works once I have seen the results which I know can take a few weeks.

Cherise as the therapist I had today who was extremely pleasant as well as the staff, was fantastic from the welcoming to the treatment received. The process was very well explained and during the process the time and patience was very well demonstrated. My consultant was friendly and easy to get on with. Made me feel comfortable straight away and made the whole process easy for me. Definitely recommend. I have had the laser treatment. They did a patch test and it gave you the chance to feel what it was going to be like. Had 2 sessions, very good facilities, relaxing and the treatment is quite quick. Painful, not really. Reassurance from Michaela and Kharis what to do, makes the session easier. Even after 2 sessions notice the density of unwanted hair has reduced from my chest.
